I have for years been wanting to make a podcast. Radio media has always appealed to me, because so much is possible to create there, even with a limited budget. I like the moving picture as well, but it is usually associated with more limitations, at least in the amateur context. Perhaps it is for the radio closer to the written word, which of course always been the backbone of my creativity.
As usual with all my projects, thoughts, realized it when I end up in collaboration with others. There is so much fun with the project when you encourage each other. During the past six months I've had a lot to do with Martin Krantz, who has been my private stand-up teacher since last fall and even become a close friend. Even Erik Keding and David Larsson Martin adepts. So when the podcast idea came up so it was natural that the four of us would do it together.
The podcast Nördnästet, we invite guests who all are passionate about something narrow, geeky interest. In the first two sections fit, however, we are discussing some of our own geeky sides. The premiere is about my passion for Sherlock Holmes. Please listen to the section - either directly on the site or by downloading it. Soon we will also be available for listening through the iTunes store.
This is gonna be a really fun project! Every other Friday it pops up a new section on our site www.nordnastet.se . In between, we are happy to discuss all sorts of geeky name on our Facebook page .
Here is a small trailer where you see how we recorded the first episode:
